Bar Medley offers full-service mobile bar experiences for weddings and private events. From full bar packages to beer & wine and signature cocktails, we handle the setup, bartending, styling, and service so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. 

We are a dry-hire service. Meaning clients supply the alcohol while Bar Medley provides everything else — mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, professional bartenders, and a beautifully styled bar. We’ll also send you a personalized shopping list so nothing is left to guesswork. 

We typically recommend one bartender per 50–75 guests for smooth, quick service. Larger guest counts or signature-heavy menus may require additional staff to keep lines short and energy high. 

Yes! Most packages include a complimentary tasting session. This is where we finalize signature cocktails, menu design, and bar styling details so everything feels perfectly “you” on event day.

Absolutely. Custom menus are one of our favorite parts. From spritzes to old fashioneds, mocktails to seasonal creations, we build drinks around your taste, vibe, and story. 

Every Bar Medley package includes professional bartenders, bar tools, mixers, garnishes, ice, napkins, menu signage, and thoughtful service from start to finish. 

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). Popular dates fill quickly, but we always love checking availability for last-minute celebrations too. 

A signed contract and retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due closer to your event. Full details are outlined in your custom quote.
